Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy varies between 14 - 30 days depending on the manufacturer. You can see this in the delivery & returns section under all items selected. If more than 30 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note – the 14 - 30 days return period is to allow you to examine the goods as you would in a shop. To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unridden.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise the next steps.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item with obvious signs of use
- Any item that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Shifty electrics cannot be held responsible for any damages occurred during posting. Any damages during posting is the responsibility of the purchaser and accepts all liability for any damage and loss of value incurred. We advise the buyer to use a tracked courier service when returning any item.
Please thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to email@example.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
As an authorised retailer we have warranty for all our products ranging from 6-24 months depending on the brand. Please check product pages for each specific brand.
Our warranty does not cover water damage or user-created damage. It also does not cover wear and tear components such as brakes, tyres, bearings, hand grips, foot grips, kickstands or any other moving part.
For any faulty/damaged parts, we will offer to send out replacement parts in the first instance in an attempt to reduce waiting time. If preferred, the customer can send the product back to us and we will either exchange following an inspection or correct the faulty/damaged part.
Please note: We will send the correct return address for any all products.
Postage/shipping is to be covered by the customer and may be refunded following an inspection.

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.
Once your return is received and inspected at the manufacturer, we will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please Note: Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
