The E-GO MAX is an excellent folding electric bike with the same high standards as it's smaller e-go family members but with a huge 150kg payload and a large 14ah branded Samsung lithium ion battery that gives it extensive range, up to 90km (depending on conditions).
CHARGE ON THE MOVE as with all e-go e bikes the unique design incorporates the batteries inside the seat post, at first glance it doesn’t even look like a folding electric bike! This can be easily removed so you can charge the battery inside your home/work or in situ.
EASY FOLDING in the same 4 steps as the rest of the range enabling you to have this big bike in a small space.
RIDE WITH STYLE with the 7 speed Shimano gears at your fingertips and the choice of 4 riding modes, this bike will adapt to create the ride you need. Available in 3 colour schemes - satin black, gloss red and metallic white.
SAFE CONTROLS disc brakes front and rear mean you can stop this bike quickly and safely when the need arises. The 20” wheels use 2.35" wide tyres.
MADE FOR YOU seat post and handlebar stem are adjustable making this and all e-go folding electric bikes suitable for a broad range of riders.

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delays we will contact you and ask how you would like to proceed.
If you pre-order an item your card will be charged for the full amount and the item will be shipped once it becomes available. We will keep you updated with more accurate information.
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched. Delivery timing varies depending on which brand you order, Please check the delivery section on the product page for more specific delivery details.
Where possible tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 working days of your order being dispatched, for UK located items, or within 10 working days for items located abroad please do not hesitate to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help.
Our returns policy varies between 14 - 30 days depending on the brand of the item(s) selected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
